Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Representative

Location: Byculla East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:15 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive with a strong background in international BPO operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a strong sales-driven mindset. The role involves generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion strategies.
  • Maintain strong product and industry knowledge to handle objections effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and international sales standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.

Preferred Qualification

  • HSC and above

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
