Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers via telephone to promote and sell products and services, providing excellent customer service and support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales, and participating in sales and customer service training sessions.

• Experience in Customer Support and resolving customer inquiries
• Strong Sales skills and ability to achieve sales targets
• Participation in Training sessions for skill development
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a telesales or contact center role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is an advantage
