Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Lucknow. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to promote and sell Workezy’s services. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing information about service offerings, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves addressing customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and coordinating with the support team to provide seamless service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with potential and existing customers
• Experience in Sales and Customer Support to achieve targets and resolve client inquiries
• Ability to train and upskill oneself to stay aligned with company goals and new sales strategies
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• A results-driven attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in telesales, call centre operations, or similar roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred

Compensation and benefits

• Salary ranging from 1.2 LPA to 1.44 LPA
