Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers via telephone to promote and sell products and services, providing excellent customer service and support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales, and participating in sales and customer service training sessions.
