Job Description

As a Telesales Executive (Real Estate) at NeoCasa, your role involves reaching out to potential clients via phone to promote real estate properties, qualify leads, and close deals. Your dynamic and proactive approach will be essential in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve organizational goals. - **Lead Generation & Prospecting:** - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing available real estate properties and understanding their needs. - Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads from various marketing channels. - Identify and qualify prospects to ensure high conversion potential. - **Sales Presentations & Negotiations:** - Provide detailed information about properties, amenities, pricing, and key selling points to potential buyers. - Deliver effective telesales presentations, address client concerns, and overcome objections for successful conversions. - Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone, guiding clients through the sales process. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Maintain regular communication with clients, provide updates, and address queries promptly. - Ensure high customer satisfaction by building long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals. - **CRM Management & Reporting:** - Record client interactions, sales progress, and leads accurately in the CRM system. - Report sales figures and client feedback to the Sales Manager for decision-making. - Track client details and communications efficiently. - **Sales Team Support:** - Collaborate with the sales team for smooth transitions from initial contact to in-person meetings. - Work with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and sales strategies. - **Market Research & Feedback:** - Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and demand. - Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions to refine promotional strategies. **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of telesales experience, preferably in a related industry. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and a strong understanding of real estate sales processes.
