Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information to assist their purchase decisions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up with leads generated through various sources and nurture them to conversion. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process. Skills and Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in tele-sales or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
