Telesales Executive

As a Tellecaller Executive at Yashka Infotronics Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in organizing Customer Development and marketing activities, as well as maintaining an effective sales filing system. You will collaborate closely with team management to ensure that all administrative and support functions of the sales department operate smoothly, and that up-to-date client files are accessible to the sales team. Your responsibilities will include contacting both current and potential clients to provide information about our products and services, addressing any inquiries they may have, and understanding their requirements through effective questioning techniques to successfully close deals. It will be your duty to keep the customer database updated and maintained. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making cold calls or unsolicited calls to gather information or market the company's offerings. You may also be known as a Telecalling Executive, Telemarketing Executive, Telemarketer, Telesales Representative, or Telesales Agent. To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with a Graduate degree in business administration or a related field, possessing excellent networking skills, customer development abilities, and strong leadership qualities.
