Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for Kotak 811 – Sales Process at our Thane (Kasarvadavli) office. This is a great opportunity to start your career with a reputed banking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to potential customers for Kotak 811 account openings
• Explain features and benefits of the 811 digital account
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Maintain customer data and ensure accurate documentation
• Follow-up on leads and queries as required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum HSC pass / Graduates preferred
• Freshers are welcome
• Must have good Hindi communication and average English skills
• Sales aptitude is a plus

Job Details:

• Location: Kasarvadavli, Thane
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Week Off: Rotational
• Interview Rounds: 2
