Telesales Executive

As a Telesales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in converting both inbound and outbound calls into bookings, upselling services, and ensuring exceptional service for potential and existing guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads to generate bookings. - Answering incoming calls and addressing guest inquiries about hotel packages, availability, and promotions. - Clearly explaining products, services, and offerings tailored to customer needs. - Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable resort packages, upgrades, or add-ons. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and bookings in the CRM system. - Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process. - Coordinating with reservations, marketing, and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction. - Staying updated on company offers, property features, and seasonal campaigns. In order to excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience in telesales, reservations, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. This full-time, permanent position involves working in shifts (day, morning, night, and rotational) at our in-person location. Knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred for effective communication with customers.,
