Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for daily customer interactions, handling inquiries, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts. Your key duties will include making outbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, identifying and qualifying leads, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills. Customer Support and Lead Generation experience will be beneficial. Proficiency in Sales techniques is essential for success in this position. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills are also required. You must be able to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently. Experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus. Good Communication skills in English & Hindi are necessary for effective communication with customers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is advantageous.
