We're Hiring: Telesales Executive – Ganga Realty | Gurgaon Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Joining Preferred About Us: Ganga Realty is one of the fastest-growing real estate developers in Delhi-NCR, delivering premium residential and commercial spaces with a vision of excellence and trust. As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for talented Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. Role Overview: We are seeking a sharp, persuasive, and target-driven telesales professional with experience in selling high-value products such as premium credit cards, real estate, or insurance. The ideal candidate should be confident on the phone, passionate about sales, and capable of building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads from marketing campaigns. Present and promote real estate projects to interested prospects. Handle customer queries professionally, build rapport, and convert interest into site visits and bookings. Follow up diligently on cold and warm leads to ensure maximum conversions. Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting on call activity and sales pipeline. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience in real estate, premium banking products, insurance, or similar high-ticket categories. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English. Strong understanding of customer psychology and objection handling. Ability to work under targets and convert leads into meetings or bookings. Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
