Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads from marketing campaigns. Present and promote real estate projects to interested prospects. Handle customer queries professionally, build rapport, and convert interest into site visits and bookings. Follow up diligently on cold and warm leads to ensure maximum conversions. Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting on call activity and sales pipeline. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience in real estate, premium banking products, insurance, or similar high-ticket categories. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English. Strong understanding of customer psychology and objection handling. Ability to work under targets and convert leads into meetings or bookings. Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory. About the Role: We’re looking for a Brand Communication Designer who blends creative design with brand storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who can conceptualise and design compelling marketing collaterals (both print and digital), while also driving the overall visual tone and messaging of the brand. You’ll be the key link between visual aesthetics and strategic brand communication. Key Responsibilities: Design & Develop brochures, pitch decks, flyers, hoardings, standees, event branding, and other brand assets across offline and digital touchpoints. Translate brand strategy into visual design language that resonates across all communication. Collaborate with marketing & content teams to align messaging with design across campaigns and platforms. Ensure brand consistency in tone, look & feel across all collaterals. Work on layout design, typography, and visual storytelling to create high-impact assets. Assist with static creatives for social media when needed, with a focus on clarity and visual appeal. Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitors’ marketing, and real estate branding ideas. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in graphic design or brand communication (real estate or lifestyle brands preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of layout design, typography, brand language, and aesthetics. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once. Bonus: Experience with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools.
