Job Title: Telemarketing Executive – Financial Planning Services Location: Work From Home Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Department: Sales & Client Relations Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager About Us Profits First is a growing financial planning and advisory firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve financial security and long-term success. We provide personalized financial solutions, including investment planning, insurance, and wealth management. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and supporting our sales process through effective communication and follow-up. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement: Contact potential clients via phone to introduce our financial planning services and assess their needs. Follow-Up Management: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to move them through the sales funnel. CRM Management: Accurately record and update lead information, call notes, and follow-up status in the CRM system. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our financial advisors. WhatsApp Communication: Manage inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages professionally to provide information, share materials, and confirm appointments. Database Maintenance: Keep client and lead databases updated, organized, and compliant with data protection policies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and advisory teams to optimize lead quality and communication strategy. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Excel and WhatsApp Business tools. Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented. Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain professionalism. Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, finance, or marketing is an advantage.
