Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, explain about courses.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve students/parents queries in a professional manner.
• Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, students details, and outcomes in CRM/software.
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Escalate complex queries to the supervisor/manager when required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Fluency in Bengali, English, Hindi.
• Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone.
• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service (freshers can apply).
• Prior experience in sales, BPO, or customer care is an added advantage.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

• Number of calls made/attended per day.
• Lead conversion rate / sales achieved.
• Customer satisfaction score.
• Accuracy of data entry and call logs.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
