Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls, generating leads, providing customer support, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include cold calling, following up on leads, addressing customer inquiries, and working towards achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen to contribute to the company's growth and client satisfaction.

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
Proficient in Customer Support
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive and self-motivated attitude
Prior experience in telesales is a plus
