Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Navi Mumbai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls, generating leads, providing customer support, and maintaining customer relationships. Department: Sales & Customer Acquisition Location: Airoli Reporting To: Team Leader Role Overview As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their home interior requirements, and scheduling consultations with our design experts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands customer needs, and has a flair for sales. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest in Bonito’s services through various marketing channels. • Understand customer requirements and provide information about our design services, pricing, and process. • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the design consultation team. • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. • Coordinate with the on-ground sales and design teams to ensure a smooth client experience. • Provide feedback to marketing and management on lead quality and customer trends. Requirements • Higher Secondary (preferred background: Sales / Marketing / Interior Design). • 6 months of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition—preferably in home décor, real estate, or luxury products. • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages will be an added advantage). • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools. • Ability to handle objections and convert interest into appointments.
