Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing clients over the phone, generating leads, promoting products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional tasks include understanding customer needs, handling queries, providing accurate information, and contributing to sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with customers and deliver information in a clear and professional manner.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure a positive experience and resolve inquiries promptly.
Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
Ability to meet targets, work in a team environment, and maintain attention to detail.
Experience in telesales or a similar role is advantageous.
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent education; additional certifications in sales or customer service are considered an asset.
