Telesales Executive

Role Overview: Geniale Marketing Services is seeking a full-time International Telesales Executive based in Noida, Sector 16. As an International Telesales Executive, your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential UAE customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions related to telecom services. You will focus on promoting services such as Postpaid, E-Life, and Home Wireless, making outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your success will be measured by meeting and exceeding sales targets, recording accurate sales information in the CRM system, and updating customer databases. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential UAE customers. - Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. - Promote telecom services including Postpaid, E-Life, and Home Wireless. - Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. - Meet and exceed sales targets. - Record accurate sales information in the CRM system and update customer databases. Qualifications: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (Hindi is a plus). - Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred (freshers are also welcome). - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. - Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet sales targets. - Minimum qualification: High school or a Bachelor's degree. - Experience in the telecom or marketing industry is beneficial.,
