Telesales Executive

Job description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at our Noida location. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries. The role involves promoting our products or services, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates must have 1–2 years of prior experience in telesales.
• Initiate contact with leads generated through various channels.
• Assess eligibility criteria for the PM Surya Ghar Yojana.
• Provide information about the scheme's benefits and process.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on lead status.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Address queries related to the scheme.
• Assist in the documentation process for successful applicants
• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions, updating customer information in a database as necessary.
• Continuously improve product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Good Command on English and Hindi languages.
