Role Description

Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
• Explain project offerings clearly and build customer interest
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide product/ project information
• Maintain lead records in CRM and follow up systematically
• Coordinate with field sales teams for meetings and site visits
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
• Provide feedback to management and marketing teams for process improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in lead generation and telesales techniques
• Experience in customer support and client relationship building
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools (preferred)
• Previous experience in telesales / telecalling / BPO / inside sales is a plus

• Real estate telesales experience is an added advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred

This is a full-time on-site role. Candidates living in Gurgaon / nearby areas or willing to relocate are preferred.
