Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Noida
Location: Noida, Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (may extend based on business needs)
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational off)
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound inquiries for group bookings, birthday parties, and corporate events at our Family Entertainment Centre in Noida. The role focuses on converting leads into confirmed bookings and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, website inquiries, and social media leads
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales
• Maintain accurate CRM data and follow-ups
• Promote F&B add-ons, event packages, and gaming offers
• Coordinate with operations, restaurant, banquet, and billing teams
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Ensure excellent customer experience and communication

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome
• 6–12 months experience in telesales, hospitality, customer service, events, or QSR preferred
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Comfortable working weekends and rotational shifts
• Energetic and goal-oriented approach
