Join our mission to empower healthier lives and contribute to a sustainable future. Job Summary: PureIONIA is seeking a motivated and articulate Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining the benefits of PureIONIA's products, nurturing leads, and ultimately driving sales conversions. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided lead lists (CRM, inquiries, referrals). Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the unique features, benefits, and value proposition of PureIONIA's alkaline water ionizers and related products to potential clients. Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, identifying pain points, and assessing their interest and purchasing potential. Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups. Objection Handling: Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally and persuasively, providing accurate information and building trust. Sales Conversion: Drive sales by guiding customers through the buying process, closing deals, and assisting with order placement. CRM Management: Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., lead status, notes, next steps, sales forecasts). Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets. Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market insights, reporting relevant information to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with field sales teams, marketing, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in consumer durables, health products, or water purification industries. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus). Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. Persuasive negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. High level of enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude. Basic understanding of water purification, health, or wellness products is an advantage. Desired Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Customer-focused with a polite and professional demeanor. Ability to handle rejections gracefully and learn from them. Disciplined and organized with strong time management skills.
