Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our franchise development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales and will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new franchise partners through structured communication and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (distributors, retailers, small pharma businesses, and others) for franchise opportunities. Explain the franchise model, product offerings, benefits, and onboarding process. Qualify leads based on interest level, investment capacity, and geographic availability. Follow up regularly to ensure closure and proper documentation of interested clients. Schedule virtual onboarding sessions and assist clients with form submissions through our website. Maintain a lead database in the CRM system and ensure timely updates and reporting. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for region-specific campaigns and product promotions. Achieve monthly targets for lead conversions and franchise onboarding. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in telesales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain. Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus). Knowledge of the pharma franchise model or prior experience in a similar domain is highly desirable. Good understanding of CRM tools and digital onboarding platforms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
