Job Title: Telesales Executive Job Description: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our print products or services. Probing the customers to understand their requirements and offer them the best print products. Update customer information in the database. Take and process orders accurately. Tracking the entire sales cycle from order punching to delivery of printed products. Keep a track of calls and sales.
