Telesales Executive

Role Overview We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who will act as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. The role involves generating leads, promoting our diverse product & service portfolio,  building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the agriculture, food, HoReCa, and business sectors. Explain Bhumi Innovations’ products & services: Fresh & Exotic Vegetables, Fruits, Green Salads Frozen Foods, Dehydrated Vegetables, Indian Spices Millet-Based Products Agritech Services & Agro Loans Business Growth Consulting & Import-Export Documentation Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and convert leads into sales opportunities. Maintain customer databases, records of conversations, and follow-up actions. Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team. Provide product knowledge and resolve customer queries. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead targets. Support marketing campaigns through telephonic engagement. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in FMCG, agriculture, food, or services). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (multilingual is a plus). Persuasive, confident, and customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Strong organizational & time management skills.
