We specialize in digital marketing, customer engagement, and e-commerce strategies. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Telecaller to help manage both inbound and outbound calls, contributing to our customer service and sales efforts.

Job Summary:

As a Telecaller at Believable Vision Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in providing information about our products and services, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales opportunities. Your role will involve clear communication, strong product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients to promote our services, follow up with leads, and conduct surveys if needed.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through calls and follow-ups.
  • Customer Support: Assist with customer service issues and offer effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and offering relevant solutions.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our services and offerings to accurately inform customers and prospects.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on call outcomes, lead status, and sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in marketing or e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a good command of [English/Other Languages].
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive sales.
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or a willingness to learn.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing services.
  • Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
