Telesales Executive

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to follow up with customers who left items in their cart. The candidate should be confident on calls, able to understand customer needs, and capable of converting leads into confirmed orders. Experience in telesales or customer calling is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers who have added products to their cart but have not completed the purchase.
• Understand the customer’s reason for drop-off and offer suitable assistance or solutions.
• Explain product details, benefits, and offers to encourage order completion.
• Maintain a polite, customer-friendly, and brand-appropriate communication style.
• Follow a structured calling script while also adapting to customer needs.
• Update call notes and order status in the CRM/system accurately.
• Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for escalations or order-related queries.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Share customer feedback with the marketing team for improvements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain brand reputation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
