HR Executive

Job Summary Believable Vision Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive / HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resources operations. This role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, onboarding, and general administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation of new hires Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Monitor attendance, leaves, and performance reviews Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures Plan employee engagement activities and events Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances Support payroll processing and compliance tasks Coordinate with departments to fulfill staffing needs Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of HR experience (HR Executive) / 3–5 years (HR Manager) Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a creative, media, or advertising company is a plus Familiarity with HRMS or payroll tools (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.) Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office) How to Apply: Apply via Indeed or send your resume to Hr@believablevisionsolutions.com with the subject line: HR Executive/Manager – [Your Name] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
