Role & responsibilities for Tele Sales Executive: - Promote company products and services, create new leads, and maintain existing customer relationships, generate sales leads through prospecting and referrals, follow up with new leads and prospects, and qualify them to determine their interest and needs, implement outbound calling campaigns & also responsible for generating new business and closing sales, Meet and exceed daily sales goals by cold, Work towards sales targets. Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same. Candidate should have the IT/COMPUTER Material knowledge (i.e. Laptop, Desktop, Server (IT DEPT). Must have experience in Tele sales. Skills: - Excellent communication and listening skills, polite and friendly manner, Lots of initiative, positive attitude. Passionate about sales and customer service. Role & responsibilities For IT Hardware Sales Executive: - Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with clients. Responsible for Managing Customer Relationship, Ensuring Sales Growth, Building Sales Strategies, Attending Sales Calls in field. Develop and implement for sales and marketing strategies which will focus on promoting the products, retain customer, generate revenue and market expansion. Responsible for all marketing and sales activities, from lead generation through contract closing. Handling IT hardware or software problems. Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer/IT Products systems and networks, both before and after the sale. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our hardware solutions. Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer hardware/software offered by the company. Work closely with customers to understand their needs, offer appropriate IT solutions, and generate sales. Develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients. Utilize strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to negotiate deals and close sales. Manage existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in sales & presales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware sales, including servers, storages, laptops, desktops, switches etc. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through lead generation and territory management. Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills, polite and friendly manner, Lots of initiative, positive attitude. Passionate about sales and customer service.
