Job Description

We are hiring a confident and results-driven female Telesales Executive to promote our products/services over the phone. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain products and services clearly and persuasively Generate leads and set appointments for field sales teams (if applicable) Follow up on inquiries and leads through calls or messages Maintain a customer database using CRM tools or spreadsheets Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally Provide accurate information and maintain a high level of product knowledge Report feedback from customers to the management team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): i wants to only female Language: Hindi (Required) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
