We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services Manage multiple accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and metrics Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to meet client expectations Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling Resolve client issues quickly and efficiently Account manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
