Seekers meet masters on their wellness journey at Swastik Wellbeing. This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Associate located in Pune. As a Telesales Associate at Swastik Wellbeing, your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential customers. You will be tasked with explaining the products or services offered by Swastik Wellbeing and effectively closing sales deals over the phone. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills. Prior experience in telesales or customer service will be beneficial. You must have the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, along with strong negotiation skills. Being goal-oriented and self-motivated are key traits required for this position. Knowledge of the health and wellness industry would be advantageous, and fluency in multiple languages is considered a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently handle inbound customer calls, delivering excellent customer service and support. - Actively engage in sales conversations to convert leads into customers. - Maintain and update the CRM software to monitor customer interactions and sales progress. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. - Address customer queries in Hindi and English. - Meet monthly sales targets and actively contribute to the growth of the company. Requirements: - Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English. - Skills: Strong communication skills and a persuasive sales approach. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and experience with CRM tools. - A background in wellness would be an added advantage.,
