Bharat Aawaz is a National News Network & Aggregator committed to empowering voices, uncovering stories, and delivering authentic news. We are now hiring a dedicated team to handle reporter applicant management and coordination.

Job Purpose
To manage communication with Reporter applicants, ensure smooth onboarding through our WhatsApp channel, and coordinate their participation in training and orientation sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to Reporter Applicants via WhatsApp, sharing details about the role and purpose of Bharat Aawaz.
• Follow up with calls to candidates who have missed submitting required details.
• Guide candidates to join the official Bharat Aawaz WhatsApp Channel.
• Provide clear and complete information about upcoming Zoom sessions and ensure maximum participation.
• Track all leads and make sure no applicant is missed or left without a response.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and applicant status.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Telugu, English, or regional languages.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp communication and group/channel handling.
• Ability to explain processes in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.
• Attention to detail and commitment to follow up until completion.
• Prior experience in coordination, tele-calling, or recruitment is an advantage.
