We are seeking passionate and goal-oriented Sales Representatives (Telesales Executives) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering quality and innovation to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using pre-defined scripts.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and company details.
• Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
• Enter and update customer details in the CRM/database accurately.
• Process orders and follow up for timely completion.
• Handle customer concerns or grievances to maintain company reputation.

Requirements and Skills:

• Good knowledge of basic computer operations and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about products/services and explain them clearly to customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm and confident under pressure with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (between 7 AM to 9 PM — any 8-hour shift).
• Typing proficiency and basic computer knowledge are required.
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.

Compensation:

Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
