Field Service Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Install and commission STP, ETP, RO plants, and swimming pool filtration systems at client sites. Perform routine and preventive maintenance as per schedules. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues. Replace faulty components, calibrate equipment, and ensure systems run at optimal performance. Coordinate with internal teams and report service visits, findings, and resolutions. Maintain documentation including service logs, reports, and maintenance checklists. Provide technical support and training to clients regarding equipment handling and upkeep. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during field operations. Attend emergency service calls and provide timely solutions. Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients. Key Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience (2+ years) in handling STP/ETP, RO systems, and pool equipment is highly desirable. Strong understanding of pumps, blowers, membranes, filters, dosing systems, and PLC panels. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Willingness to travel frequently to client locations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and documentation skills. Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred. Work Conditions: Field-based role with regular travel to customer sites. Occasional weekend or after-hours work depending on service urgency. Physical activity involved in handling tools and equipment on-site.
