Job Description

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and explain studio services (photography & videography)
Share package details and answer customer queries
Maintain daily call logs and submit daily reporting
Coordinate with the studio team for bookings and schedules
Follow up with leads to convert them into customers
Maintain a friendly, professional tone with all clients
Work 6 days a week
Flexible working hours
No sales target
Attractive heavy commission + basic pay

Requirements / Qualification

Knowledge of local language + Hindi + basic English
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Comfortable making daily outbound calls
Prior telesales experience preferred, but not compulsory
