Job Description

Operate and manage the EPABX telephone exchange system efficiently on a daily basis. Receive, answer, and attend all incoming calls promptly and professionally, Screen incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate should be willing to do all three shifts.Ability to multitask and handle high call volumesBasic knowledge of EPABX systems and call handling proceduresProfessional telephone etiquette.
