We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Teleperformance, a leading BPO company. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to the roll of customer service and sales representative.

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive the growth of our customer base through strategic outreach and engagement. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
Utilize various channels (email, social media, phone) to engage with prospects.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and prepare them for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and interactions.
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for lead generation.
Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate can apply
Minimum 6 Months experience in lead generation or sales development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
