Job Description You will be joining IAN Institute of Rehabilitation and Research as a Telesales Specialist, located in Thrissur. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and convincing them to avail the institute's services. Your role will also include delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and pursuing potential leads. Additionally, you will be in charge of recording customer interactions and organizing training sessions for new team members.
