Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate enquiries
• Follow up with prospective customers and channel partners
• Explain basic project details clearly and politely
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Update call status, follow-ups, and remarks in CRM / call logs
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times
• Meet daily call and follow-up targets as assigned

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Telemarketing Specialist for an on-site role located in Coimbatore North. The Telemarketing Specialist will focus on generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and maintaining relationships through professional and effective communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in meeting sales targets. The role demands strong interpersonal skills to effectively promote the benefits of Karthi Puram and assist potential buyers or investors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries.
• Proficiency in Customer Support and a commitment to building strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills is an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Tamil and proficiency in English are strongly recommended to assist local and regional customers.

• Tamil – Mandatory
• English – Mandatory
• Any one South Indian language (Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada) – Preferred

Experience & Skills

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Prior telecalling or customer support experience is an advantage
• Good communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn CRM and follow defined processes

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
