The role demands strong interpersonal skills to effectively promote the benefits of Karthi Puram and assist potential buyers or investors. Qualifications Experience in Lead Generation and Sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries. Proficiency in Customer Support and a commitment to building strong customer relationships. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills is an advantage. Prior experience in real estate or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory. Fluency in Tamil and proficiency in English are strongly recommended to assist local and regional customers.
