Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Director located in Thrissur. The Clinic Director will oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation clinic, manage a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, coordinating with different departments, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining compliance with health regulations. The Clinic Director will also be involved in program development, staff training, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Knowledge and experience in Healthcare management
• Strong leadership and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred
