Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing exceptional customer service and support, communicating effectively with potential customers, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, updating customer information in the database, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

• Lead Generation and Sales skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
