Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing exceptional customer service and support, communicating effectively with potential customers, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, updating customer information in the database, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Qualifications Lead Generation and Sales skills Customer Service and Customer Support skills Strong Communication skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
