Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Chennai, with some work from home acceptable. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, and customer support. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential customers, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.

• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work both in-office and remotely
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing
