Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Jaipur. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, supporting customer inquiries, and driving sales. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer queries, and identifying opportunities for sales growth. Qualifications Lead Generation and Sales skills Customer Service and Customer Support experience Excellent Communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build customer relationships Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
