Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing company products or services, and scheduling appointments. The role includes managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, maintaining detailed call records, and contributing to sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. Collaboration with the sales team and ensuring client satisfaction are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service orientation
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Sales processes
• Excellent Communication skills in both verbal and written formats
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and data entry is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Prior experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role is an advantage
• Able to generate lead for business growth
• Able to do cold calls and Vendor enrolment
