Telemarketer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell company game products to customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional and engaging communication.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain detailed call records and submit daily performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and management guidelines.

Requirements

• Candidates willing to relocate from India and work in Sri Lanka.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or tele sales will be an added advantage.
• Confident, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Polite, disciplined, and quick-thinking with a positive work attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with phone-based sales systems.
