Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telemarketer based on-site in Mumbai. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about the company’s products or services, addressing queries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Additional tasks include following up with leads, scheduling appointments, and achieving set sales targets. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction are vital aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions effectively
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and cold calling
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous
• Fluency in multiple languages, including English, is a plus
