As a Telemarketer at Franchise Alpha, your role is crucial in making marketing calls and establishing strong connections with customers. Your tasks will include contacting potential and existing customers, responding to inquiries, facilitating conference calls, passing on leads to the sales team, maintaining a customer database, processing deals accurately, addressing complaints, and striving to achieve sales targets.
